Free Through Recovery Provider Guide - Regions 1 and 2
Each of the providers listed below offers Free Through Recovery services. This includes care coordination and recovery support services for individuals with serious behavioral health diagnoses and who are involved with the criminal justice system.
An individual being referred to Free through Recovery needs to meet the eligibility requirements of Free through Recovery ONLY, not the eligibility requirements of the provider’s already existing services.

Community Medical Services (CMS) provides medication assisted treatment as an Opioid Treatment Program in Fargo and Minot, North Dakota. CMS is a level 1 outpatient substance abuse treatment program, which includes counseling, case management, and a medical provider, with options for medications including methadone, buprenorphine (suboxone), and Vivitrol. Intakes can be scheduled or walk-ins are welcome. Normal clinic hours are 6am to 11am Monday through Friday, with dosing provided on Saturdays from 7am to 9am.

Summit Counseling Services has been in business since 2015. We provide behavioral health services in 6 communities. We service children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples and families with Mental Health Services and adults for Substance Use. We provide evidenced based programming that includes but is not limited to EMDR, CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, and Faith Based programming with some -therapists. Purpose Driven Interventions (PDI) is a comfortable private practice office located in Williston, ND. PDI has two professionals, Leah Hoffman, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Katie Hoffman, EdM. Leah Hoffman is the primary Free Through Recovery provider and specializes in substance use disorders. PDI empowers people by improving overall functioning through purposeful and strategic planning.
